At Yuan Property , we have listened and are committed to a better way to property management .  We have cut through the smoke and mirrors, because we believe in transparency and certainty fee and charges . No surprise on your statement ,it is easy for you to calculate your rental return from day one and planning ahead .

MANAGEMENT FEE                                                                                                                         3.5%

RENT COLLECTION COMMISSION                                                                    3.5%

LETTING FEE (When New tenant rents The Property)                                                          7 days rent

LEASE RENEWAL FEE (For new fixed-term lease, 3 months or more)              3.5 days rent

ADMINISTRATION & STATEMENT FEE (month)                                          $ 7.00 MAINTENANCE FEE                                                                                                           

   NO MARKUP

Unlike others, We don’t make money on maintenance, we believe it is part of our duty to maintain your property at the best we could. If licensed trade person required, you only pay their invoice cost without any markup management fee from us ( such as electrician and plumber etc )

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY                                                     

   NO CHARGE

Unlike others, we pay professional photos to make sure you have the best possible photographs of your unit when advertising the property.

ADVERTISING FEE                                                                               

    NO CHARGE

Unlike others, we will pay the cost of the various marketing strategies we use to promote your property. NB should you request a special advertisement over and above the standard advertisements, fees, and charges may apply. These will be discussed with you prior to the ad being purchased.

MEDIATION AND TRIBUNAL HEARING                    

NO CHARGE

We believe this is our responsibility if we could not solve that unexpected issue before this final step. Just give you a piece of mind, we will fight for you without any extra charge from us.
